Create your business profile and upload your license, liability insurance, and photo ID.

Get approved
Upper reviews your application and approves the service types you’re licensed or certified to provide.
Step 3
List your services
Add your services and set your own prices — in-person, virtual, or at-home; visits, packages, or subscriptions.
Step 4
Get ordered
Medical Experts add your services to patients’ plans. New orders land in your portal’s Incoming tab.
Step 5
Get paid
Patients pay at Upper’s checkout. Once you mark a visit rendered, your share is sent to your bank by direct deposit.
